In the fall of 2000, I joined the Rich Dad Company to be ‘apprentice’ to Sharon Lechter (my mother) and her partners. Over the next 7 years my responsibilities as Chief Communications Officer included strategic partnerships, PR, direct marketing, customer acquisition, messaging, branding and Rich Dad’s coaching and seminar divisions. Along with my ‘employee’ duties I was also responsible for training coaches, seminar leaders, clubs and individuals how teach the Rich Dad principles and how to play the CASHFLOW game.

From 1997 to 2000 I worked various sales, management and marketing positions. My experience includes managing a janitorial service, and working for E & J Gallo Wine. In addition, I worked for an equipment lease finance company where I further expanded my sales abilities by soliciting financing over the phone and was later responsible for building and training a sales team that tripled the company’s revenues. I graduated from Arizona State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

My wife Angela and I reside in Phoenix, Arizona and are the proud parents of 2 boys, Kristian and Dylan.
